Shipping Information

All orders from Crafted Swimwear are shipped via New Zealand Post (NZ Post) with full tracking.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

· Standard tracked shipping within New Zealand is $12.00 NZD.

· Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically delivered 2–5 business days after dispatch.

· Tracking details are emailed once your order has shipped.

· Please ensure your delivery address is correct before checkout; once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected.

Australia Shipping

· Australia orders are sent via NZ Post International Tracked at a flat rate of $18.00 AUD.

· Delivery times vary by destination (generally 7–14 business days).

· Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.

· We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international postal services.

Order Processing

· Orders are packed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

· You’ll receive an order confirmation at purchase and a shipping email with tracking on dispatch.
