Returns Policy

(Store Credit or Exchange Only)

If your order isn’t quite right, we offer store credit or an exchange under the terms below.

Eligibility for Return

· Return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

· Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and hygiene stickers still attached.

· Items must be returned in their original packaging.

· For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns showing signs of wear, scent, deodorant, makeup, or damage.

· Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

1.    Email info@craftedswimwear.com to request a return.

2.    Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a returns shipping label.

3.    The cost of the return shipping label is at your expense.

4.    Pack items securely and send them back using the provided label/address.

Store Credit & Exchanges

· After we receive and inspect your return, store credit or exchange will be processed within 14 business days.

· Store credit is issued as a digital gift card for use on our online store.

· Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time your return is processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact info@craftedswimwear.com within 7 days of delivery (include clear photos) so we can resolve it promptly.
